1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the relationship between the Trunov Hair online store (hereinafter referred to as "Seller", "we") and users of the trunovhair.ru website (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer", "you").

By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provisions, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Prices

2.1. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately display the colors and characteristics of our products. However, the actual appearance of the product may slightly differ from the images on the website depending on your monitor settings.

2.2. Prices

• All prices are listed in Russian rubles and include VAT
• Prices may change without prior notice
• The price is fixed at the time of placing an order
• Shipping costs are calculated separately

2.3. Product Availability

All products are unique. After adding a product to the cart, it is reserved for 20 minutes. If the order is not placed within this time, the product returns to sale.

3. Placing an Order

5. Review your order and confirm it
6. Make the payment

3.2. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email with confirmation and an order number. This email is not a purchase agreement. The agreement is considered concluded after payment is received.

3.3. Order Cancellation

You can cancel the order before it is shipped by contacting us by phone or email. After the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can apply for a return.

• CDEK: delivery to pickup points or by courier
• Russian Post: for remote regions

5.2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your region and the chosen delivery method. Estimated times are shown when placing an order.

5.3. Delivery Cost

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the order weight and delivery address. The exact cost is displayed when placing an order.

6. Returns and Exchange

6.1. Right to Return

In accordance with the Russian Consumer Protection Law, you may return a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the product has not been used and its appearance and packaging are preserved.

6.2. Return Conditions

• The product has not been used
• The product appearance and consumer properties are preserved
• The original packaging is preserved
• There is a document confirming the purchase

6.3. Refund

Refunds are made within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned product, using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

6.4. Defective Products

If you received a defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the product or issue a refund.

7. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all products are made from 100% natural hair and meet the declared characteristics. With proper care, the hair retains its properties for a long time.

Hair care recommendations are provided with the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on the website (texts, images, logos, design) are the property of Trunov Hair and are protected by intellectual property legislation.

Copying, reproduction, or distribution of materials without written consent of the copyright holder is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not responsible for:

• Improper use of the product by the buyer
• Delivery delays caused by transportation companies
• Product damage during transportation (the carrier is responsible)
• Discrepancy between buyer expectations and the actual appearance of the product

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes and disagreements related to these Terms are resolved through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are considered in court at the Seller's location in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the website. By continuing to use the website after changes are made, you accept the new version of the Terms.
